I first consulted Chris Dunn of Renew Masonry inc. in the fall of 2004 regarding concerns about the Seniors apartment building that I am Property Manager for. I found him to be very informative and knowledgable, not just at the appointment to acquire a job, but also interested in educating the Consumer.

When we were unable to receive funding for the work the following summer, I still kept Chris in the loop for the work to proceed in 2006. His manner and common sense interest in doing what was best for the building within the parameters of the funds available and tending to what was high priority to maintain building integrity, was very much appreciated. There was no pressure selling - he knew what was needed and that he had a Company and crew capable of doing the job to the customer's and his own satisfaction.

While his crew was on site in the summer of 2006, I found their attention to safety, both their own and the building residents, very applaudable. Chris was on site on a regular basis maintaining contact with his crew and solving any difficulties which arose in an efficient and orderly manner. His crew was very well mannered and respectful to all people they dealt with. Their attention to daily site protection and clean-up was much appreciated.

We have further work to be done in the future and I will not hesitate to have Renew Masonry Inc. on site again. Chris has built a strong and solid Company that he can be proud of and we consider ourselves fortunate to have him be a participant in restoring our building. I would highly recommend this Company to any prospective consumer.
